Ok, so some of you may have read in my earlier post titled 'Summer Camp' that I realized that my 14 year old brother is just starting to get some pubic hairs. I figured that he could probably cum already. Whether he knows this or not, I have no idea.
So my question is, should I confront him about puberty/masturbation or should I let him discover it on his own, and just wait and see if he has any questions?
Thanks in advance for the advice!

It might make him uncomfotable if you confront him but if it doesn't, confront him!

Wait and let him figure it out on his own, and if he never asks then that's that.

You could ask him if he has any questions about his body or what it's like growing up, but if he says no, don't take it any further. That's probably the best approach.

I'm not sure about the wording of that. My oldest brother didn't confront me about masturbation any more then he confronted me about learning skateboard riding. It's just a part of brotherly bonding and a natural part of life.

I think you should confront him, it will make a tight connection between you two that you will never regret!

It depends, how old are you compared to him. If you do masturbate with him or teach him, will he tell your parents or friends and then it will make everything awkward.

I would highly recommend that you leave him alone and do not confront him about something so personal and potentially awkward.
Given though that he is 14, I would venture to guess that he has most likely already discovered masturbation and the pleasure that his penis can give him on his own, so don't worry about it!

Just keep in mind that if it happens, it should happen naturally and not be forced. Just the fact you're having to ask here makes me think maybe it's not a good idea. But you know your brother and your relationship with him better than anyone else.

I'd leave him alone. My brother is nearly 2 years older than me. If he started talking about it, it would creep me out!

I would leave it for him to come to you... Otherwise it could be a bit awkward....

Let him discover it himself. It'll be awkward, but hint out you're always there for him; since you've been through this already.

Unless you want that awkward 5 mins just let him be, to be honest at 14 i am fairly sure he already knows his way around his own manhood ;)

It could go either way really well or awful but you could just hint at it by saying to him that he can always talk to you about anything if he needs to and tell him it will just be between you and him

let him ask you dont rush things and if you wanna see if hes curious about that topic you could like just do things to make him seem curious about it

He should naturally learn about it.

It depends wether or not you are a very open family, I'm not very open about that kind of thing with my family but I know people that are so if you think you are open enough you should go for it

I would not "confront" him. But you could just tell him that you know what changes he is going thru and if he has any questions or concerns you would answer them for him. That would show him that you care and are a good big brother.

You'd think that but he's kinda simple minded......does well in school, but doesn't really have that much common sense

Don't go overboard. Let him know you're there if he has any questions, but don't push it. Let him come to you.

Ya, confront him I confronted my brother and told him about puberty and stuff and I taught him how to masturbate. So ya, it makes a sort of bond like others have said.

Let him know if he has any questions or needs advice he can come to you but just don't make it awkwardly specific unless he asks questions cause that might make him uncomfortable.

You should just let him figure it out
