Right guys, i'm new to this teen forums thing, but i sorta need a bit of reassurance.

Okay, so i'm normally really jolly and i don't like to take things too seriously, but for about the past two weeks now, i've noticed i've felt kinda low. It doesnt happen all the time, but i find myself wondering why i actually bother with my career and stuff like that, and it's getting me down.
E.g. when i'm happy, i find my horsey career to be moving forward and i feel as if i can really imagine myself getting somewhere with it. But then a few minutes later, some silly little memory of something that 'went wrong' enters my head, and i start to feel as though nothing is going right, and that i can't reach my dreams because i'm simply 'not good enough.'
Thing is, it's not just my equine career that bothers me, it's just like stupid things that happen or things that people say and i get so over sensitive with them and start to stress or get upset (woo!)

Does anyone else ever feel like this? I havent felt this way for a few years and i was wondering if a lot of people my age (16) get this? Advice would be great thanks guys xx :whoops:
