Headphone jack interference

Hey guys, for a while now anything that I plug into the headphone jack on my laptop has a buzzing interference, it get's worse whenever I plug someting into the Usb ports on the right-hand side. Does anyone know what might be causing this, and what I can do to fix it?

Does this happen at all when the headphones are the only thing connected to the laptop? Are the USB devices powered? (via an external power adapter?) Could be a ground loop issue.

No, the devices are not powered, and yes it still happens when nothing is plugged in
