I was wondering how far the foreskin is supposed to stretch.

I am 13 and can't stretch it to or behind the head. Is this normal?

You should find when flaccid (soft) that it should go all the way below the head. It should do that too when erect, but in the early days some boys do suffer from Phimosis (tight foreskin). When mild, it will stretch over time with practice. Doctor can prescribe cream too if necessary.

Its actually more common than most people think. Its never happened to me before but i hear that it should become looser over time and if not a doctor can gve you a cream to help it retract
