Scene: This guy sees this girl in a club dancing very provocatively. She is an obviously attractive woman. He walks up to her and says?
"You are the finest bitch in here".

Now is that a compliment or an insult?

I am kind of conflicted. Yea ur not supposed to call a woman a bitch, but lets be real, women have taken that word and used it as a source of empowermen they've turned "Bitch" into a good thing. Does it matter the context it was used it?

^^ Tis very true.. I don't think I would walk up to a random girl and call her a bitch.. I know several girls in my school who don't mind being called a bitch though.. some girls don't care, other girls take extreme offense to it, if there's a girl I don't know, even if she's acting all slutty, I'm not gonna call her a bitch, because I don't know her that well and have no clue how she'll react.
