I really dont know what to do with my future education, I either want to go to the med field or be an engineer, the problem is these fields are like polar opposites and I dont want to take both, any tips ideas recommendations?

What do you feel more comfortable with and finding how much you will earn in jobs in these fields may also help :)

Why not merge both the fields and become a biomedical engineer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biomedical_engineering)? From what I've read it looks like a really interesting and enjoyable field, especially one that will be in demand in the coming years. You could also look into biotechnology a little bit, some of that also applies medical and engineering concepts. But if you really wanted to choose only one, I would go with what interests you the most. Weigh out all of the pro's and con's and see which comes out on top.

That is a good idea. :)

But the real question is what are you good at? Are you really good at math and algebra? if you doubt it, then engineering is not for you. Are you good at reading and reading and reading, and do not faint at the sight of an deep open wound? if not, then medical field is not for you. Now if you are good at both, I will suggest take an aptitude test before deciding so you can measure which is better. If after that you still undecided, follow your heart.

What you could do of course, is pick one, then change your course to the other one if you decide to do that, my advice would be to get some work experience done in both fields and see which one you prefer.
