Is it safe?

I was just wondering if it is safe for a girl to walk around with a toy or a butt plug in the vagina all day. I have a pretty tight vagina and if I did this would it make it more loose? I don't want that to happen... I guess. I think the feeling of having a toy in me all day and feeling filled up would be great. I'm going to try it today but if it is unhealthy or it will stretch my vagina TELL ME PLEASE. thanks!!, ^_^

Hey Jen, well I'm not sure i know the absolute answer cause I'm not a doctor but I do know that there are some posts on here in other threads I've seen where people talk about doing this with no problems except maybe discomfort. Like no medical problems. Also I know that there are products like Ben wa balls and duo balls that are specifically designed for it so i doubt it's harmful medically.

As to "stretching" you out I personally think there is a big myth about this. First it depends on how big. Second I think it's more about becoming comfortable or used to having something bigger in you. Also if you alternate with something big then something like for kegals you would actually be strengthening you vag muscles not loosening them? Right? Anyway don't know if that helps?

Well I don't know if that alone strengthens but like if you do that and keep up kegals then ya it shouldn't be a problem. The vag is a muscle and ya can exercise it.
