Do any of you girls have severe acne? How do you deal with it? I don't I am just curious.

I had it bad for a while. Neutrogena kinda worked. But ask a dermatologist for more specialized things for you. Some people take pills and medicines. I know some people who do herbal treatments as well. :)
Mine is much better than it used to be.

thanks for replying- I don't have more than a little bumpiness and a few red dots so I don't have anything to ask a dermatologist lol. I just wanted to hear others' experiences.

At one point I had a bit on my forehead but it eventually got better, I used a neutrogena gel

Nice, thanks for sharing. I have heard a lot of good stuff about neutrogena.

Unfortunately, you're going to experience that for awhile. It sorta just comes with the territory of being a teenager. Personally, I had really severe acne because it's genetic and I have a natural hormonal imbalance so I had to take some pretty serious meds twice before it cleared up at all.
Neutrogena though works well for what you're describing. In general, just keeping your pores clean and free from natural oils that clog them and trap dirt and bacteria beneath the skin. If you look for products, make sure it says 'oil-free' because otherwise you're pretty much wasting your time and may make it worse. But things like keeping your hair off your face when you sleep, eating healthier, taking vitamin E... they can all help with your skin and oil production in your body that will hopefully clear up any acne you have. Otherwise, it's just something that happens to mostly everyone.
