Recently I have been looking at my penis for any problems that could arise in the future and to my dismay I found i have many small holes on the surface of my shaft on the underside, I have done many searches and have came to no conclusions, so I came here for help. Remember this is only one layer thick so its not anything major unless when having sex it might widen and become worse.
I am willing to post a picture if necessary.

The best thing to do in your position is see a doctor. Holes in your skin are not normal unless they have been there your entire life.

Do not post a picture. That will get you banned and it's also illegal if you're under 18.

About the holes, I need more info. Are you sexual active? How big are the holes?

what really grosses me out is how people freaked out when he offered to post a picture... specially since he is already over 18, there is more to a picture of a penis than just it being porn... in this case if it is about a medical condition I personally wouldn't see a problem with it...

As for the holes, could they be just not very mature hair follicles? I know if I look at any part of my body right after I completely shave it clean I can see tiny holes where the hair will later come out of again... even if you have never had hair in the shaft before it isn't unlikely..

I might know what it is. If you are cut/circumcised, then it is as a result of that since you had as long as you could remember. If that's the case then its normal, but if you are uncut, then I suggest you ask a professional.

Oh by the way, I hope the holes are just on the surface layer and not directly pointing inside?
