I have these weird stretch mark type things on my thighs. Think hip bone, down to where leg starts, that's where the stretch marks start. They go straight down maybe 3 inches. this is on both my thighs and have had them for a few days.. thanks

I have them too. I read cocoa butter can help fade them but I haven't tried it.

whew. thanks I don't really mind them but it's good to know I'm not the only one. Maybe it's because legs got longer, I've got a lot on my breasts too.

Did you go through a growth phase lately? Or weight change! Just wondering? Are they new or recent?

I have not grown for at least a year, or weight either. They are very new, maybe a week at most.

I've had them and they eventually have gone away for me but as the others said it can be caused from growth or weight changes but since you said you really have not grown or changed in weight a ton I'm not entirely sure what it's from. If you keep seeing them you can always go to the doctors or ask a parent.

More likely that your hips are getting wider. Since the stretch marks are vertical. If they were horizontal then it would be more likely your legs are getting longer.....

I've got tons too, on my hips, thighs, calves, and breasts. It's just a natural part of growing and many girls have them.

I got stretch marks on my thighs last year, and then I became severly depressed and emotional and it turned out i had Lyme Disease. My doctor, and online told me that stretch marks are not good, Im trying not to say not normal, but iits hard. Mine were caused by Lyme Disease. There is no reason for kids to get them unless they lost a lot of eight recently or they have Lyme. Im not trying to scare you, i dont want you to suffer from Lyme. At least look it up!

I used to have them in that same spot, but they faded eventually. Don't scratch them or they could get worse.

Yeah, I get them every once and a while, but they usally go away for me in a couple of weeks.

they should go white after a while and be less noticable

Some go away, some don't. I have stretch marks on my boobs, thighs and belly. Although granted I'm a bit curvy so that has an impact beyond just the normal stretch marks you get from growing during puberty. But they're normal.

Any kinds of creames work
Talk to your doctor and see what he/she recommends
Most stuff is sold over the counter

I think it's just a growth thing.

Not that bad. Nor my thighs either. That is pretty weird huh? ...... wow. That is weird. I've never met anyone who likes their stretch marks. IDK. Makes me less of a kid I guess. I'm only 5' tall so not much taller than most kids, I guess having stretch marks shows that I am older, I'm growing breasts and hips and they're not.. lol I'm pretty strange. Oh and 34b. Not really related to topic though.

i've got them on the same sort of places. Aloe vera creams are whats normally used over here. or cocoa butter. they fade off but don't really go off. I just don't take notice of it any more. :)
