Usually I'm the one posting in reply to illnesses, but I'm seriously confused about myself right now. So, I'm going to post... I guess...

I've taken the max amount of over the counter pain relievers possible for my size today, and have gotten no relief. I'm in so much pain right now I can barely move. I don't even know... It's been going on for some time, but it's getting worse day by day =/. I haven't been able to go to my martial arts lessons for over two weeks because of it. Now I can barely get out of bed without a shock of pain going through my body. I slept 38 hours last weekend, and was still tired that Monday. Running out of energy fast, too. I have absolutely no idea what's going on.

No fever, but obvious signs/symptoms:

Debilitating pain in muscles and joints and headaches
Low energy, excess sleep
Out of breath
Slight weight loss
Vivid Nightmares with sweating
Slight nausea, but no puking

=/ Uhm...I think that's it.

That could be a lot of stuff.. And it can be very dangerous! I really suggest you go to the hospital as soon as possible. You sound like you could be very sick and it's definitely not good to take that many pain meds when you don't know what's hurting. I really am worrying that you could be suffering from depression or something else with those symptoms. :( My advice is to get it checked out!

You should go see a doctor to see what is wrong and maybe they can give you a better painkiller

I know it sounds like a lot, but I seriously doubt it's anything bad.
The problem I'm having is that my mom thinks it's psychological and that the doctors can't do anything about it. She pays the bills, so I can't just go behind her back.

EDIT: I don't want pain killers, though. I can't do the drowsy side effects when I have college every day...

It could be a billion things; you won't know unless you get checked out.

It could be chronic pain (rnd, fibro, RA, etc), or it could be something totally different, like a brain issue. I strongly urge you to get checked out sooner rather than later.

It very likely could be nothing, but the issue is if it is something.. sooner is better, right?

There's loads of things it could be, as have been said above. The only thing I can think of is to go and get it checked out, or if you can't go to the doctors (like you said above), go and see your school/college nurse (if you have one).

Do you have a fever? The nightmares are psychological you re prob scared, where is the pain mostly at? From hearing this I would say either you have mono, Appendicitis or internal bleeding, since none of us here are doctors I think you should first look over the symptoms of my recommendations then go to webmd and mayoclinic and check over your symptoms

It could be lots of things. But don't look online because it just gets people worried along with confusing you even more.

Could be a flu that is being annoying, could be cancer (on the internet, everything is cancer.)
If you don't want to go to a doctor, find a medical forum instead of asking it here. It can be something serious, or the symptomes you name might simply look serious to the eyes of everyone here, I don't know.

Just a random story:
In the early days, people would go see a doctor with something like a headache. The doctor would say something like "it is stress, take some rest for two days and it will all be over"
These days, we ignore the headache. But when it doesn't go away we go to the new doctor: Google. You find a list, which will be something like this:

list - Headaches
you - "Yes, I have that"
list - vomitting
you - "I feel like vomitting sometimes"
list - mood changes
you - "that bothers me a lot lately"
list - physical changes (including getting more and more clumsy)
you - "I noticed that happening too! according to this list I have brain tumors!"

So then you visit the doctor anyway. The doctor asks you "do you have problems with your senses, speech and thinking?", on which you reply "no".
So the doctor says: "it is stress, take some rest for two days and it will all be over"
