There is such a thing as a "Refractory Period" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Refractory_period_(sex)). This means that directly after an orgasm, it is impossible for males to have another orgasm. Females tend to have a lesser refractory period, or none at all, allowing them to have additional orgasms shortly after another.
Other than that, there won't really be any long-term loss in performance over a period of months or years. Personally, I feel that your performance would actually stay at a happy pace in later years.

You can temporarily run out of semen by ejaculating several times in a short space of time and when that happens you are unlikely to be horny and if you do try masturbating it is likely to be harder to get to orgasm.

This is all temporary, though. You make semen continuously and after a suitable rest to recharge everything will be back to normal.
