Ok so i know i have asked about how to loose weight but i never asked...

I have man boobs and i want them gone, i need to get rid of them how do i do so?

One problem with a lot of men is "man boobs". Well, sometimes they can go away by excercise like a gut can. Though, on some people, the man boobs will never fully go away without surgery. This is rather drastic. but good old fashion excercise should do the trick. eat right, and excercise.

Well, i must say that 350lbs is kinda obiese >.< It's gonna take a long time to lose that weight and alot of dedication and hard work. I wish you luck

Ive started some but dont know what to do. Like i walk at night and do push-ups (Not reg ones but ones where im on my knees) and i drink a slim fast for breakfast and do 1000 cal a day.

Help would be great and what could i do to build up my chest or get rid of the fat there and my tummy faster
