You need to pull it slowly over time, it will become more loose and will be retractable in the future.

You have a condition called phimosis (tight foreskin), which varies from person to person. Can you pull it all the way back when flaccid (soft)? The skin can be stretched by practising. Being wet (eg in shower or bath) can help. Speak to your doctor too, as cream can be prescribed to help. Circumcision can be done in extreme cases, but even that is not the end of the world.

I think that you should keep trying because I have a similar problem. I think it will over time :-)

Mine used to be the same, but over time it will be sorted and now I can do it :)

If stretching hasn't worked, see your doctor. They can give you a cream that will help loosen it. If that doesn't work, they can either loosen it surgically or do a circumcision.

Just keep retracting it. It will take months, even years, but eventually youll be ok. Doctor may have some loosening cream too
