How do I put on a profile picture??

Hi guys!
Well I am not to good at using computers so I can't figure out how to put on a profile picture.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could give step-by-step instructions.

Go to the User CP. (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/usercp.php) Once you're there, at the top left you'll see "Your Profile" under "Your Control Panel" . Click on the third option under "Your Profile" titled "Edit Profile Picture".
