Does anyone have ny good reecipes for vegitarians that are low in calories? Whenever I go online I can't find any deecent meal plans that are low in calories for vegetarians. Got any good tips on how to change other recipes? Anything will be much appreciayed :D

i just mean meals that equate to less 100 calories a recipe/serving type thing. Does what I'm saying make sense??? :)

100 calories is pretty low... an average meal is like 500-600... I would say 400 calories would be a minimum for a meal.
Asian food like Chinese, Indian and Japanese are probably the most satisfying vegetarian cuisines, though you can do Mediterranean food too.

Saag paneer is pretty good. Sauté spinach, mustard seeds and curry powder together and then add cubed paneer or queso fresco and then serve over rice. If you keep the amount of cheese down it can be a pretty low calorie dish.

Try sautéing diced tomatoes, celery and onion together. Then add artichoke hearts, lemon juice, basil, black pepper and olive oil. Eat over pasta

A good low calorie substitute for starches is spaghetti squash, which naturally creates strands when cooked.
