first of all don't do it unless be sure you're not going to ruine friendship..one way is talking about sex and make jokes about size

I'd say, "I heard that some friends take their ducks out compare them, what do you think about that, do you think it's weird for them to compare ducks?". If he says something like no I don't think it's weird or gay or whatever word you use, then you can say "how about you and I compare ducks"? Maybe you'll even end up playing with each others duckies. I'm just glad you weren't asking about dicks.
