This is a music-related topic, but it also has to do with politics, so I'm not sure if this belongs here, but whatever. Here goes.

Now, I like some of RATM's songs, but I find them rather hypocritical. They are constantly bashing capitalism, but they owe everything they are to it. They make millions of dollars and are signed to Sony. They claim it's not hypocrisy because it's how they spread their message to a bigger audience, but the point remains that they are only able to do it because of capitalism. Thoughts?

Able to do what because of capitalism?... Make music? Make money by selling records or what? I don't think RATM is all about ''bashing capitalism''.
