When I was 14, I had only just started puberty and mine was probably about 2 inches.
I'm 18 now I and I'm 3 inches floppy but 7 erect!

There are so many penis size questions, and even a sticky question on the topic, so why would you feel the need to post a new one. Average male is 5-6 when fully growen and at aged 14 everyone is different some may not have started growing yet.
Please look around before posting another question, you'll most likely find the answer!
