Im scared to come out to my family and firends that om gay. What a good way to tell them

When I told my family I did so by letter because there was absolutely no way that I could have done it face to face. You could try that if you're better at writing to express things, rather than a talker. Friends however, depends on how you think they'll accept it. If you think they'd be okay, just bring it up in casual conversation. Tell the people you're comfortable with knowing first, then go from there and it should get easier each time.

I haven't told my parents yet, but if I did it wouldn't be face to face. To a friend, depends on how much trust you have in them to tell them and that they would understand.

Honestly, if you're scared to come out to them then wait. Just give t a little time, and when you feel truly prepared and confident then you can tell them.
