i dont really know how to explain them to be honest. ive never told anyone about them. its almost like someones talking to me telling me various things but its not coming from outside its inside my head and its like its really loud and dominating in my head. its different to thoughts though theyre more prominent than thoughts.
they tell me things like im ugly and worthless and i dont deserve for people to care about me and that everyone would be much happier without me.
they tell me to do things to hurt myself like cutting burning and biting and they say things to try and get me to kill myself like il be waiting at the side of a road for the lights to change colour and they will try to egg me on to step into the road when a car is coming. things like that.
sometimes they go on at me so much that i get really powerful images in my head imagining what it would be like to do what they tell me to do and it makes me want to do it more.
