It's big, the adult average is 5-6". But as mentioned, does it matter? You're 14, there's no reason to worry about size or anything, even after puberty there's not, after all there's nothing you can do that will change it.

ok well if you had taken the time to look even just through the first page of "Puberty For Boys" you would have found multiple questions on penis size, and actually i can spot 3 on 14 year old penis size! Not only this but there is also a sticky question on penis size! your 14, you know that 7 inches is a good size because youve already seen in multiple places what the average male size is, otherwise you wouldnt have measured in the first place. Penis size doesnt matter, chicks dont care and the only guys who care are arrogant.
