It depends on what you mean by normal. If by normal you mean not weird, then yes it is normal and many people does it. But if you mean is the normal way to have sex, then most likely the answer is no.

I have only tried with a guy and girl once to see what it was like, not with two guys.

I think it's weird. I've only had sex with one guy my whole life, and I don't really like it to begin with, so to me, that idea sounds unpleasant and mildly horrifying, but in general, it's not weird because I mean, a lot of people do it.

I think it is more like the two guys have to overcome THEIR issues. I have received oral by one guy while being kissed by another (virgin at the time). It was hard to focus on either action. Personally, one is great.
