Ok, so I'm wondering, how long does it normally take pubic hair to regrow from shaved to it's original thickness?

A few weeks and it's usually back to it's normal length again. Probally about 6weeks from very short to about normal.

^What he said. Though if you shave you'll probably be seeing "stubble" in that area within two days or so.

I think it depends on what you started with. If it's thin and whispy, it'll grow in sooner. If it's thick and bushy, figure at least a month.
