What are the signs that MALE breast/nipples are starting to develop?

usually you will feel a tiny breast bud underneath the nipple, its kinda like a hard pea-sized thing, but it goes away eventually, not all guys get them though.

My right nipple delvoped about a year ago and my left nipple is developing now and it hurts when you put pressure on it

Nipples weren't every sensitive, not sure why...but.
