So I only masturbate about 1-2 times a day yet I can cum on average of about 10-15 times a day. Is this normal?

How do you know you can cum 10-15 times? O: have you jerked off that many times in a day? And personally I cum less and less each time I jerk off in the same day, by my 4th time I barely cum much at all. It sounds like you can maybe just cum a lot which is kind of unusual, but ofc not exactly a bad thing haha

I expect that you are mistaking Precum for cum. When you orgasm hormones are sent out that make you relax and your penis goes soft. No exceptions.

I agree with many of the posts above, how can you ejaculate without masturbating? Maybe you're talking about 'precum' which is different from actual 'cum'. If you out of no where ejaculate that many times spontaneously I would go visit the doctor.

I know its not pre cum, and I don't just cum randomly, its only when I masturbate, I get hard, I rub one out, I cum, I'm still hard so I do it again. Thats how it goes for me
