Ok so I've been staying with my cousins for about a week now and haven't jerked off for that long. So I asked my cousin can I take a shower, he said yes. It doesn't hurt, itch, or isn't red but just thicker than the rest of my penis than normal. Could this be for not masterbaiting for so long? Also when I was jerking I did it a little tighter than normal, could it be from this? On a side note we were swimming all day and my balls got rashly and red on the sides could it be from the pool? As I say again my penis isn't red it is its normal color. So if you could tell me what could be wrong that would be great!
