I rarely masturbate (religious reasons) but maybe once a year. I'm 19 but have never been able to make sperm when i want (maybe because I rarely try), but have had wet dreams. Also, every time I do it, it swells massively for a day before going down. Any advice?

Yh i would go and talk to a doctor and plus you have to masturbate due to health reason cause not masturbating can lead to a thing called "blue balls" which is a condition of temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate region. You don't have to. Blue balls actually refers to when you masturbate but then deliberately don't ejaculate, so your testicles prepare for ejaculation and start aching because you don't. But you by no means HAVE to, you can go your whole life without masturbation or even sex and there'll be no ill effects.

The reason you are having a lot of wet dreams is because you don't masturbate a lot. All those hormones have to come out in some way or another.
