Well no, obviously it's not normal for your penis to bleed. However, it may be something very simple and harmless.
First, where was the blood coming from? If it was coming from the inside of your penis (through your pee hole) than I would definitely go see your doctor ASAP, because it could be a serious internal problem.

Well, it hasnt happened again, and I was a bit freaked out and didnt see where it was coming from. The rest of the night my penis head was REALLY semsitive, but it hasnt happened again, so thats good.

I don't think its normal.. You may have a bladder infection of some sort. I would consider seeing a doctor

I'd see a doctor, especially if it happens again. But since people get nose bleeds, it doesn't seem all that unlikely that a penis could bleed too. Maybe a broken capillary. Breaks and bleeds once and that's it.

if the skin is bleeding on the outside, it's just friction burn. The same thing would happen to your arm if you put a lot of friction. it happens easier down there because the skin is more delicate.

Well if it was from the outside Im sure you will be ok like if it was a little cut or maybe if you rubbed a raw spot on the shaft or somthing

You could just be rubbing a spot on your penis really dry.. That's happened to me before.

A lot of times when I go to the beach this can happen because of the salty water drying out my skin, then when I go to masturbate the skin can crack and cause it to bleed.

Just be sure to make sure you are not dry down in the groin area... Try using lotion once every other day, not just to masturbate but in general.

Internal bleeding coming out of the penis could be dangerous, however bleeding on the outside could just be from irritation or a cut. If blood comes out of your penis it could be very dangerous, i would suggest visiting a doctor. :)

If there's a bit of pain then maybe masturbate less rough or avoid hurting the tip or skin. Maybe avoid friction too by using lube.
