Puberty growth

I'm confused because I've got armpit hairs, pubic hair, and some facial hair but my voice hasn't broke and my balls and penis haven't grown, what's happening?

Other parts of your body are developing first, that's all. Can't really give more detailed advice as we don't know your age or anything.

Different things for different people happen at different times. There's no guaranteed specific order of events or timescales. Your voice, and penis growth will happen in time.

Like John said, there's no specific order for anyone's puberty stages. They'll all come in time don't worry. If they don't come then see a doctor but I'm sure they will come.

Don't freak out. You can't expect your body to make everything happen overnight. just let it work itself out and if you're 20 and not happy talk to a doctor
