Spot on penis

Hey yeah I've just wondered about a like 3 mm spot on the bottom of my penis it's on the line from just where the head starts I don't know if I should be concerned or not I'm 14 and i havent had sex so I'm sure it's not an sti but yeah what do you think it is. I spoke to my dad about it he said it was probably a blood blister and that was like 4 months ago so I doubt it's a blood blister..

It looks like a freckle or something I'm too lazy to go to the doc anyways because then I need to take my penis out and stuff aha cbf the awkwardness but yeah had it for a while probs nothin ill talk to my dad again bout it tho

It's not raised its circular not deformed so its not cancer and idk it's like darker than tan but not black. It took balls to talk to my dad about it I was nervous the whole time.
