Growing Pains?

I'm 14 and 3 months now, and lately at night/evening, my legs, (thighs mostly), have been hurting like cramps.
I asked my mom and she said they were growing pains, but when I looked up growing pains, they said it should stop after you turn like 10.
I'm not a late bloomer, and am currently going through puberty, so I don't know if I should get this checked out, or I'm just "growing".
My doctor said I should grow a few more inches so....

I don't think growing pains stop after 10. Mostly, people don't start growing before the age of 10 anyway, only a few do. Also, did you check it on a reputable source? I don't think growing pains stop as such until you stop puberty, just, as its constantly happening (albeit slowly), you get more used to it that you don't realise it. That's all that I can think of anyway.

Yeah, I had a lot of leg cramp in my teens. It happens age of 10 seems a little early.

Give it a bit, if it doesn't get better, go to the doctor
