Well basically the past few months i've been feeling more violent and even "invincible". I think my family has definitely noticed it and my friends have too.

Last week my mum was yelling at me and i got so pissed off i walked to my room and punches a hole straight through my door and seconds later my fist was bleeding a lot. A week before that i did the same with a glass clock in my room.

I hate the thoughts that come as well like how easy it would be to kill my mum with one punch, or anyone in that matter and i'm it's just a teenage phase, because i don't want to be like this.

So my question is, is it a part of puberty, could it be the testosterone leading to aggression like steroid abuse considering steroids are synthetic testosterone? Will i grow out of this "phase"? Has this happened to you?

More details. I'm 16 almost 17 but i was a late developers and didn't start until i just turned 13.

idk dude. putting your fist thru the door and thru a clock and thinking about killing your mom seems to go beyond puberty. i get mad at my parents all the time cuz of the stupid unfair shit they do but my walls and door are still in one piece.

I don't think about killing my mum, just at how easy it is.
The reason I punched through my door was because she took $550 from my account and won't give it back to me. I'd take her to court for it but I'm a minor so nothing would happen.

Not being a doctor I can't see it being a testosterone issue unless you're getting steroids or prescribed injections. Seeing a doctor and perhaps a therapist can help them advise and treat you for the issues at hand.
