Bumps on Penis

I don't know if this is the right place (this is my first post), i have very small bumps on my penis. they form a sort of straight line from the base to the foreskin. They look like fordyce spots or pearly penile papules. They don't hurt and are very small. What are they. Can i treat them with safe home remedies without seeing a doctor? I have never, ever had sex. I really want to know some home remedies?

i agree that they are probably hair follicles, or your Raphe which everyone has. PPP is around the bottom of your head, Fordyce's spots are normal aswel (:
