Roommate caught me having sex

So i brought my girlfriend over to my dorm when my roommate was in class so i thought i had at least a few hours with her. We started playing with each other and then had sex, but roommate opened the door cause he forget his stuff and saw us both naked on my bed, when i was already inside her. He was speechless and left, and that night we didnt really speak to each other. What should i do?

Just unlucky. Just speak to him and clear the air. Next time, make sure you have the place to yourself. I've also heard of putting a tie on the door handle to show that you're "busy"

just talk to him and explain the situation

Just have the talk to him. Work together a set of rules about things that can and cannot happen on the room. He might be shocked or upset that you did not warned him that could happen.

Or he might be uber-religious and you just offended him somehow. Talk to him, you both need to live there for some time, it is a good idea to put out there what is prompt to happen in the future.

I'm surprised so many of you suggest him to talk to his roommate, This happend to me and all of my friends when we were at dorm so many times, even to my girl friends,
None of us talked about it to them, I mean, whats the big deal, even if he was religious, what would you tell him? It's really awkward to talk about it, just let it pass,

and suggest knocking?... on his own dorm room? Yeah if my ex-roommate told me to knock i'd knock his head against our balcony fence :)
