Antidepressants

Yeah just a question cause my counselor was like "antidepressants help if you wanna try them" but I'm iffy about using medications to "fix" me. If you use them do they help?

It can be helpful in the 1st stage of getting better. If nothing else works would use them.
I used to drink some whenever I was feeling shity and it was really helpful.

Antidepressants didnt really help me. I stopped after 4 months.

Antidepressants haven't really helped me much. I wont say I'm a Zombie but most of the time I just don't feel up to doing much.
