I'm really sorry to hear this, ben. I'm assuming these feelings and behaviors are out of the ordinary for you, that it's not something that's always been a part of who you are. Right?
Being a teenager is rough (especially a young one), all those changes, and all those hormones, it really changes alot. And all those new situations and expectations. It takes time to get used to it all and get settled with it. Maybe you're just having a difficult time with all that. If so, give it time, have patience. These things have a way of working themselves out, our body and mind adjusts a little later to all those other changes. Or maybe there's something in particular that's causeing the stress? If that's the case, then mayybe we can work the problem to find a soultion, let us know.
In the mean time, it's really important to practice a lot of self control, especially when it comes to expressing yourself with your actions (like whacking your little brother). That isn't good for either of you, and it creates additional problems that you don't need.

Well Im a bit like that atm I reckon its just adolessence kicking in...if you start getting angry or aggressive towards people just take a moment take a breather and think about what your doing/going to do/done
I hope this helps

i would say its definitly something to do with how old you are... anger like that just starts to emit its mostly out of confusion I think, or it could be something small is really bothering you but you dont notice it and your just expressing your anger on the wrong things... which happens to us all.
