Define safe. Some of the idiots at my school believe it only to be water vapor (as with the e-cigs) but they're not. Hookah pens have shisha in them, just like a regular hookah. E-cigs have nicotine in them - the amount depends on which cartridges you buy.

Safe? Relatively sure. You won't be catching any ailments from a hookah pen or an e-cig.
