Well my penis is just shy of seven inches. I had anal intercourse with a guy and he said it was a little uncomfortable at first but then the pain kind of subsided. You should be all right.

Sometimes large girth is better than length of the penis.

I'd be more concerned about that girth during oral sex but I gather with lube and foreplay it shouldn't be bad for intercourse.
