I don't have weights at home, so I use a bag and fill it with stuff to add weight, and lift it with two hands up to my neck and back down. However, after doing maybe just 10 repetitions, I feel a pain right through the center of my right bicep. It feels as if I pulled the muscle. It's happened twice already, first time was a couple days ago and I hadn't tried doing anything since then until now. I'm afraid something might happen if I keep doing it. Any idea what it is? The pain goes away as long as I don't try to lift the bag. It only happens on my right arm, my left arm bicep is fine.

You are doing a very awkward pull which is generally just not recommended. You are straining the muscle and will end up actually hurting it more if you continue to work out in that fashion.

I do not recommend continuing to do that.

I wouldn't see that as helpful at all ._. the weight would constantly change and be akward. You are better off just going to a rec center to lift weights or even your schools weight room.
