Perhaps it's from your underwear or pants not allowingyour erection to be comefortable

As Jasper said, if they are tight underwear, that could be an issue. However I believe blood pressure plays a factor in a reason, (reason why older people have trouble having erections, due to some thing to do with their blood pressure) So next time you go to the doctor you could ask about your blood pressure and see if it's abnormally high/low so he doesn't know that you are asking about that if you don't want to be embarrassed.

I just checked it and its 125/59 which is good so I doubt it's blood pressure
