I have self harmed befor and now Im getting counciling but I'm not coping well so I have steered hareming myself agen but I don't quant to tell any one do you think I should tell mum dad sand counisiler or do I not help

You should tell them.

All of them would probably be the best but maybe you could start with the counsellor and then they would be able to really help tell your parents more.
If you don't tell your counsellor then it defeats the purpose of going to talk to them because they wont be able to help you and therefore you need to be honest and open with them.

But yes, you should tell someone! :) x

You need to tell someone, I haven't told my parents yet but that's because they are the most difficult people to live with, but that doesnt mean you shouldnt. If you need to have help telling them than maybe see a councillor? Message me any time u need to talk I'm an open book. U aren't alone with the self harming I do it and yes I am a bit ashamed but I dont hide it, too much hassle, the only thing I hate is when the "what's that on ur arm "comes up I say its the cat x0 it does help having someone who u can trust to talk to, trust me :)
