Hi everyone.

I play a lot or arma 2 at the moment and it runs fine on my laptop even though it isn't really for gaming. SO i was wondering will it be able to run arma 3 ok? Here are my laptops specs:

Windows 7 64 Bit

8GB RAM

Intel Pentium CPU B960 2.20Ghz (2 CPU's) - 8192mb RAM
DirectX 11

Intel HD Graphics - 1696 MB.

Ive got plenty of Hard Drive space btw

These are the minimum specs for Arma 3 Beta:

Your processor and graphics card are a bit shaky for a game of that caliber. That being said, it's not like you can update it. How many FPS are you getting on ARMA II? I assume you're on the lowest graphics settings with a rig like that.

Yeah settings are pretty low. I get about 20-25 fps

For me ArmA III Alpha (yes yes, it was the alpha) ran a whole lot worse than ArmA II.

I would be able to run ArmA II at 30 fps whereas ArmA III ran at like 10.

I love Arma 2. Especially the wasteland mode, and sometimes Day Z mod. Is Arma 3 still in Alpha? Haven't touched it in a while.

The Beta was released a few weeks ago :)

i would love to play arma 3 and Day Z stand alone(when they come out) but i only have a laptop that can bearly play LoL on min settings.

Also remember that Arma 3 is still in beta. I would take whatever specs they give with a grain of salt now.
