Well im circumcized. The foreskin just feels like loose skin. The tip itself is smooth and spongy. It obviously gets stiffer during an erection...i hope that answers your question. Dont be afraid to ask all that you want, granted that it isnt out of line or graphically sexual.

Well depends if you're referring to a hard or soft penis. I'll answer both though.
From experience, the feeling of my foreskin pulled back feels incredible sensitive and amazing because the glans (head of the penis) isn't used to being exposed often (unless i'm wanking which i do more often because it's really sensitive and more enjoyable). The glans itself when I'm hard still feels soft and spongy but still more firmer than what it is when im not hard.
