I'm 16, and I'm not able to retract my foreskin fully during an erection. I forevd it several times but it hurts.

You should have been able to retract your foreskin soon after your started puberty. If you are not able to do so by now, then you have an issue and should be evaluated by a doctor. You might just have Phimosis, which is a really tight foreskin. In most cases Phimosis can be treated pretty easily. Retracting your foreskin should not be painful, and being checked out is the way to go.

Totally agree, and the sooner the better.

Don't worry. Doctors see a lot of penises, it is nothing to be embarrassed or scared about and, phimosis is usually something that won't get worse. It's not like a disease where it's contagious, it just is. You should get it checked out because I imagine it's painful, that, and, to spit the foreskin hurts hell (If it's tight, this could happen during really rough sex). I mean, the chance of the foreskin splitting varies on how tight the skin is, but, if it causes you pain, get it fixed.

I researched Phimosis, they said that it's when the foreskin is tight. But I can fully retract my foreskin when my penis is flaccid. It's only when it's erect that I can't retract the foreskin...

If you can retract it fully when it's soft that's great news. You may just need to do some gentle stretching exercises. I'd still see a doctor, they will know how best to proceed and will probably offer some comforting advice to you.

That's quite mild, so stretching can help. Usually being wet (like doing it in a shower or bath will help). Doctor can prescribe cream too. It's unlikely that Doc will recommend circumcision medically as it's really not that tight, so don't panic. Judging by the number of threads, not that uncommon either.

I'm 14, when my penisis is flaccid my foreskin can go all the way down, like in pornos, when I'm hard it can go down but not all the way

Okay, so since you just can't retract it when you're hard is very common. When you're in the shower / bath, get hard and just work with it. Pull it back little by little (not until there's excruciating pain) but until you can feel it. Doing this will "stretch" out the skin. Eventually, you'll be able to retract it when you're hard.

Go see a doctor if you want. But I've a similar problem, I can retract it when hard but it really hurts. I not going to see a doctor. Hahaha!
