Kissing is more emotional and may be something you save for those girls or guys you feel an emotional bond with, that will be where it is more enjoyable. As for the anal, switch roles, or even just slow it down, find lube. If you find that you don't like even still you don't have to do it. Kissing is a little harder to deal with, it will either grow on you or not. But there are always girls.
