Hello Community!
I have a question to all who are doing it: What kind of training types do you use, when you are at home? I mean using no equipment, just your body? And what can you advise?

I have not the time or the money to go to the gym and train, thats my problem, so I need to do something at home ^^

Greetings

What you are looking for is Calisthetics. Which you can do at home very easily.

It is basically body weight training doing a lot of push ups, lunges, squats, and pullups just with your body weight.

Pull ups will require a pull up bar that attaches to your door but that is the only "equipment" that you really need.

Other than that, you can do everything very easily. Push-ups are the most important exercise and as you get better with regular ones, move to diamond push-ups, fist push-ups, finger push-ups and then even more advanced things such as clapping.

Do not expect to become incredibly strong with this type of program, but you will gain a lot of muscle mass after a while.
