I took AP World History and got the scores online. I fell asleep five questions in so I got like a 2% hahaha

Not a big deal, but no, I did not pass.

I got mine today (early access day for my state), stayed up until 4am to get 'em.
I guess I'm happy with what I got; a 5 in AP Studio Art 2-D and a 4 in AP US History.

AP Euro History, Psychology, and Literature await me next year... ugh

It was kind of weird in AP though, I expected it to be a lot harder than it was. Was your class the same way? Because all of my teachers said that it would be difficult but turns out it was easier than most of the other Honors classes.

My US History teacher told us that he believes that the class is the hardest AP class in the school and if you wanted to do well... well, it was a lot of work. Lots of reading, paragraph response questions every day, tests/essay/DBQ responses almost every week...

But I was told that now that I've taken the class, AP Psych and Euro should seem easier.

I guess I just got an easy Teacher then, I think I only had two homework assignments the whole year lol.

Last year, I got a 5 on the English: Language and Composition exam, a 4 on the US History exam, and a 3 on the Psychology exam. This year, I got a 4 on the Statistics exam and a 3 on the English: Literature exam.

My AP US History teacher said it would be one of the harder tests, but I think the class prepared me enough to get a decent score. I'd imagine that the AP Physics exam would probably be toughest, but I guess it depends on how much you can learn during the course and the type of student taking it.

I was curious as to see the percentages of students who get 5's and 4's on the tests and found this...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Placement_exams

You can look up the percentage of students who get each score. I was trying to judge where I think I placed and which AP exams were the easiest. The Japanese Language and Culture exam has the highest percentage of 5's, but I guess that the only people who actually take it are fluent enough already to pass (my guess).

I guess I just got an easy Teacher then, I think I only had two homework assignments the whole year lol.

Oh, wow. Have you ever taken any other AP classes to compare your World class to?

I had Macroeconomics last year as well as American Govt, we really didn't have much hw then, few tests/written responses, I managed to pass on by with B's and C's in those classes by not really doing anything... I didn't take the AP test for either of them, though... This year in History though, I actually tried and managed to get an A every quarter.

Last year, I got a 5 on the English: Language and Composition exam, a 4 on the US History exam, and a 3 on the Psychology exam. This year, I got a 4 on the Statistics exam and a 3 on the English: Literature exam.

Ooo a 5 in Language; very nice. I was terrible at writing timed essays, so I didn't take the test, I wouldn't have passed it.

I'm just a little surprised that you got a 3 on Literature; I was a junior this year and they only offer Language to the juniors and Literature to the seniors and all the seniors told me that Language was MUCH harder.

Since you've taken both, what's your opinion on them? Which did you find easier/harder, why? I had myself set that Literature was going to be easier...

Because I was in 10th grade, World History was the only AP class available. I will be taking more AP this year however, now that I am going to be in 11th grade and more are available.

Oh, I see. In that case, my school is totally different, we don't have World at all and all that is offered for 10th is Gov and Econ.

Forgot about the scores until I saw my friends text asking if I had checked yet. She got a 2 and I was thinking that if she got a 2 I probably got 2 or even a 1, so I was super nervous...then I see I got a 3 on the AP World History. I thought I wasnt going to pass because I suck at essays and ran out of time during the multiple choice because I had messed up with the bubbling-in on like 20 questions, so after I fixed them I ended up having to guess on like 10 questions.

The only AP that I took before this one was World History which I got a 4 on.

I got my results for AP Psych, Chem and Spanish.

I got a 4 on Spanish and a 3 on Chem and Psych.

I'm surprised I passed Chem because I got a 66 on my NYS Regents (state test) back in June (barely passing, lol)

Since you've taken both, what's your opinion on them? Which did you find easier/harder, why? I had myself set that Literature was going to be easier...

Personally, I thought the Language was a little bit easier since the topics were a bit easier to write about; they were about real things and analyzing writing rather than analyzing books you might not remember. I think the hardest part for me was trying not to summarize the novel while answering the question.

In terms of the class, my Language teacher prepared me very well, but we didn't do too much work other than writing essays. My Literature teacher also prepared me well, but it was a lot more work. But in terms of the test, I'd say that the Language one was easier for me. My guess is that it depends on you and what you're better at; I'm better at the Language aspect.

To be honest, I was expect a 4 on the Literature exam, so my guess is that I was just a little off that day. I think I was capable of getting a 4, I just got questions/readings/essays that I wasn't comfortable with.

Oh yess my friends, my subjects, my followers, now it is that time. This thread I'm resurrecting from the graveyard of old threads. AP scores are due to come out any day now so to ALL of my fellow AP test takers new and old in the USA and worldwide I going to be a bit different with what I'm asking.

Which AP test did you take:
Have you taken any other AP test before and what was your score:
Was taking the test easy or hard to you?:
What do you think your score will be:
What would be your reaction be based on the results?:

Which AP test did you take: AP Gov't and Politics

Have you taken any other AP test before and what was your score: AP Human Geo; 2 :(

Was taking the test easy or hard to you?: This time around it was very easy

What do you think your score will be: 4-5

What would be your reaction be based on the results Holy Shit, I passed this time... FUCK YEAH!!!!!!
IB HERE I COME!!

I've never taken an AP course because they are inherently not very useful, and it's more work than college classes.

Which AP test did you take: Psych & Lit, I didn't test for Euro History (thank God, that was a smart decision...)

Have you taken any other AP test before and what was your score: Studio Art 2D (5) and APUSH (4)

Was taking the test easy or hard to you?: It was easy / boring especially for Psych & APUSH

What do you think your score will be: I got my scores already... :D

What would be your reaction be based on the results?: I was expecting a 2, but got a 3 on Lit, sooooo I'm happy.

Anyway, this year I got a 5 on Psych (totally expecting it because I loved the class and I believe I had the highest running grade in there all 4 quarters).
And Lit... OH THANK GOD I DIDN'T GET A 2! I got a 3. I was expecting the worst since I always did terrible on the practice MC and essays we did in class, but the test seemed really easy and the essays weren't actually bad, I got to write about my favorite book for the 3rd question.
