So my friend and I (both dudes) experimented a couple months ago and ever since then we keep hanging out. The bad part is that I think we may be able to do it again when I know we wont. I know cuz Ive asked before and he just keeps saying no. The time we did it he asked. As you can see I really want to do it again.

So my question is does anyone have any advice or has this happend to you?

If he doesn't want to, then move on from it. You can't force him to do what he doesn't want to.

I understand your point and your feelings, but you need to understand, as the posters above me mention, that this might have been his one and only experimentation with a guy. He tried, he did not like it as much as he thought he would and now he wants to move on. And so should you.

Do not over-stress waiting for him to change his mind and try again.
