ok im only 13 but i wanna lose w8 i know exercising & eatign right can do it but i wanna lose weight quickly, any1 got suggestions?? (note) "sry i put in the wrong section mods, but i cldnt find the section anywhere"

ok it's simple you in order to loose wieght you have to use more calories than you consume. Simply eating healthy foods won't make you loose weight. You need to cut out all of the crap (crisps, fizzy drinks, biscuits, chocolate, sweets) and eat smaller portions for lunch and dinner. Then you need to go for a swift 10 minute jog once everyday or if you are very unfit a 30 minute walk everyday at a fast pace. If you follow these instructions I can gurantee you that the extra weight will drop off of you!

At 13 you might still have what some call 'puppy fat' which disappears during puberty. This happened to me and heaps of other people I know. One day you see them and the next month, you see them again and they are really thin.
But as everyone else has said, eat well and exercise. Only eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat them in smaller portions. So NO Snacks! Also do regular exercise until you get up a sweat. eg. soccer, swimming, gym, running, squash, rugby. Push-ups and sit-ups will get rid of tummy fat, but you have to do a lot.

ok, i eat like pop, but i alergic 2 chocolate, so i dnt hav 2 worry bout that, but i jog 2 miles 2 school almost every school day & then i jog bak, anythin else?
& apez, i only eat dinner & rarely eat b-fast n' lunch & i hate snaking

There's no magic formula for 'quick weight loss'. it takes time to adjust your diet and exercise and have the resulting change in metabolism that leads to weight loss. Have patience, give it time, stay with it.
Go google 'nutrition', and follow an APPROVED (as in medical, professional) diet. Adjust your eting habits so they are healthy, add in a little exercise, and give it time.

first off skipping breakfast won't help you loose wieght, Why not? surely the less i eat the less weight i'll put on? well nope if you skip breakfast you will be allot more likely to overindulge in your other to meals I highly recomend you eat a healthy cerial in the morning like cornflakes.
Other than that I would advise you maybe join a sporting team or go for a run at the weekend on top of your running to school.

Follow the Food Guide Pyramid, excercise a lot, (jogging that 2 miles and back is GREAT), ALWAYS eat breakfast, eat more small portions instead of few large portions. Sports are great.
To lose about 10 pounds....2-4 months maybe.
Theres no "fast" way to lose weight, itll gradually happen if you follow these healthful tips
